Omakase means \u201cI\u2019ll leave it up to you\u201d in Japanese.<br \/>\n<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Chef and Owner Dr. Jae Choi, along with Joseph Kwon and Shuma Kuwamoto, created this new option that includes chef\u2019s choice of sushi roll, six pieces of nigiri and sashimi sampler that is served in a take-home Bento-style box.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Dr. Choi left his optometry practice to purse a career in the restaurant business and it has been featured on Food Network\u2019s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and has been named \u201cBest Ramen in Atlanta\u201d by the <i>Atlanta Journal-Constitution.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yakitorjinbei.com\">www.yakitorjinbei.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yakitori Jinbei, a casual restaurant in Smyrna, GA., outside Atlanta, is now offering an at-home Omakase experience featuring\u00a0 high-quality sushi, sashimi and nigiri to go.
