Suga\u2019s Pimento Cheeses have been bringing a bit of the South to fans since 2017. Now Suga\u2019s founder, Chef Stacey West, has opened her first restaurant, Suga\u2019s Cheese Shoppe & Caf\u00e9 in the northwest Atlanta suburb of Powder Springs. West started the business with her husband, Robert West, and son, Quinton Jones.
\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cOur caf\u00e9 was easily the next step for our popular gourmet pimento cheese brand,\u201d said Stacey West, aka Chef Suga, co-founder and creator of Suga\u2019s Pimento Cheeses. \u201cOur customers often beg for recipes and perfect pairings, so opening a caf\u00e9 was the next logical step in our brand\u2019s evolution. We get to treat our guests to deliciousness on site and really get to know them.\u201d
\u00a0 \u00a0 West will incorporate her 12 award-winning signature pimento cheese favors, including Black Truffle, Roasted Poblano with Monterey Jack, Jalapeno, Pesto & Feta, Original, Bacon Asiago with Jalapeno, Smoked Gouda and four vegan options into delicious caf\u00e9 entrees. Among her dishes are shrimp scampi, Southern pimento cheesesteak and the vegan zesty burger.
